• How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed. I send all orders 48 Tracked so, once sent it should take 2-3 working days to arrive. There will be a tracking number provided for your order.
Unless you're ordering a made to order item, these processing times will be in the product description.

• Do you ship internationally?

I do plan to ship internationally eventually, though it isn't something I offer as of right now.

• Any custom requests?

There isn't a custom request portal set up, however if you wish to request a custom piece please get in touch!

• Refunds & Returns

Standard refund procedures apply, if goods are faulty, undesired, or unfit for purpose you have 14 days to contact me to request a refund.  Please contact me through my email: Clarisseonyx@gmail if you have any issues with your purchases.
