FAQ

• How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed. I send all orders first class so, once sent it should take maximum 2 days to arrive. Unless you're ordering a made to order item, these processing times will be in the product description.

• Do you ship internationally?

I do plan to ship internationally eventually, though it isn't something I offer as of right now.

• Any custom requests?

There isn't a custom request portal set up, however if you wish to request a custom piece please get in touch!

• Refunds & Returns

I do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is faulty. You must report the fault to me within 1 week of receiving your item. Please contact me through my email : Clarisseonyx@gmail if you have any issues with your purchases.
